That mechanism operates at 5 to 15 grams a day for inulin, or 15 to 30 for resistant starch. A tub of inulin powder delivers that in a heaped teaspoon. A capsule holds roughly 0.8 grams in total, shared between everything in it.

Three things, and they are not nothing.

Take the smallest package. Photograph the Supplement Facts panel when it arrives and compare it against what you were sold.
